Through my years of diversity and experiences, I've been called to work one on one with individuals intimately through touch therapy and holistic modalities that I personally use in my day to day life.

Through the hardships and pains of life, I've learned to understand my body and how spiritual, emotional, and mental growth is all interconnected.

As a strong believer in the power of self-love and self-awareness, I understand how potent we are individually, and collectively we all can be if we are supported with compassion and kindness.
-Can you imagine if all of humanity had this grasp of awareness about personal growth and innate wisdom!?
That is the place I am working towards.
To design and create a world full of magic and truth that everyone can always live in abundance and freedom without shame, guilt, or worry.

Travelling all throughout the world has given me vast experiences of skills to incorporate teachings from the west and east.
Through these expansive teachings, I weave this knowledge into my practice and communicate to these ancient techniques to better understand the human body through the power of holding space.

By facilitating your own bodies wisdom, we navigate together through the dark places that may have been forgotten, abandoned, or feared.
Together we open up and find new ways to be aware and rewire our own beliefs and patterns from previous experiences.

Fear can be our biggest motivator or our biggest threat to growth.
